I'll get my intro posted this weekend. I really don't feel like I'm far enough along to have a lodge none the less be preparing for this little one!
I have been trying to wrap up things at work but could use at least 1 if not 2 more weeks at work to get properly caught up. It's been so crazy around here and stressful with a new CIO on board. I work at a University for the IT department and it's been non-stop lately with demands, needs, and projects. Everyone wants things yesterday.
My home visit with my midwife was on Wednesday and we have everything ready to go and close by the birth pool. I have it set up in the corner of our bedroom and it will give me privacy if I want it (as much as my kids ever give me anyways) but also keep me close to the bathroom and my bed. We did the GBS test and I dropped that off at the lab yesterday after work. She checked me and said I'm 1 cm dilated in the middle and a stretchy 2 on the outside, I was happy to hear I'm not at a 3-4 yet. I had Lily at 37 weeks and I really want this baby to bake at least to 38 if not 39 weeks. My only complaint this week has been my leg muscles cramping. I've been increasing calcium in my diet the past few days and picked up some magnesium to hopefully help. I can't tolerate not being able to walk from them.

Welcome to you Lodge. Leg cramps stink. Cant wait to hear you stories. Good thing you are starting to get set up though. And boo on the work stress.
