I love our lists-- I have similar lists. My dh is an awesome SAHD, but some things never, ever enter his radar (this includes things like cleaning windows, changing sheets, deep cleaning, etc.) So I often find myself doing those really intense cleanings.....I have a few more things I want to get done before baby arrives.

    Rest up, mama!

"Man nesting," LOL! I wish my husband (he's a SAHD) would do that. I can make lists for him of things that need to be done, I can make schedules of when things should be done, but so much stuff just doesn't get done, or gets done by me.

I'm going to predict a boy, and if he's already down low I'm going to guess you'll go a bit earlier than later. Probably not a full week, but a few days.

DH refers to is as the "fire under a$$ method" of getting things done

Whatever it takes to get projects done! Sounds like an awesome piece of property and when you fix it up yourself you get what you want and know it's been done right. I'd love that land and chickens so I'm a tad jealous

I feel overwhelmed with getting new carpet and tile next week, had a flood in October and are just now getting it done, most of the main floor is empty and what isn't will get emptied this weekend and demoed. Lots of work but worth it in the end.

Getting new flooring is a pain! Having to move everything... And then move it back. Lots of work.

    37 weeks 4 days.

    Ok. I am waddling today

A serious waddle that I can't make into a normal walk.

As of this morning, this baby has officially DROPPED! My belly is way lower than is was a couple days ago and definitely an uncomfortable amount of downward pressure from this kiddo's head.

Maybe he or she will be arriving sooner and than??? Or I'll just walk around for weeks with that fantastic bowling-ball-between-legs feeling

I know the feeling you speak of, Kris. Gah! This kid is so low....I've never dropped early so I'm not sure what this is about, but his head is right there and WOW-- sometimes it really hurts when he ruts around.

    Hang in there!

I know the feeling. Both of mine "dropped." I thought generally second babies didn't drop until right before labor, but this one sure has. That sensation of the baby's head bonking and grinding into your cervix is really painful! I remember with DS I was afraid that was what labor would feel like, only worse. Thank goodness labor doesn't usually involve sharp pinching pain like that! Lots of hands and knees position has helped me feel a bit better, takes the weight off and seems to get him to back up a bit so I can actually walk normally for a few minutes

I think sooner rather than later, at least so you can stop waddling

Floors are a pain and I don't want to do this ever again!
