Aw, I'm sorry your care-providers are all skipping town for the weekend. Like you need added stress right now! I hope things work out for you in a way that works for everyone!
Mara & Joel, 2009
Dh told me that he'd handle childcare arrangements and I'm not to worry about it.
Had a lot of more intense contractions last night that kept me awake until early this morning. I am going to take a nap. My second-shortest pregnancy ended at today's gestation after a stint like last night, a nine hour break, and another bout of labor.
Oh, I'd be pretty irritated if my mom planned a sudden, optional out of town trip that close to my due date. In fact, I'd be pissed. But, I guess it is what it is, and your DH is right...don't stress about that! Sounds like you have childcare covered and it will all be OK! Sounds like overall, you are in a better place emotionally/mentally, so yay for that
My water broke at 11:40am. We opted to start pitocin at 2pm and he was born at 9:30pm. 7lbs 6 oz 19" He has a lot of hair. We aren't sure if it is brown or blonde yet.
I did without any pain medication despite the pitocin, which got pretty tough. I feel lots better now though!
Congrats Laura!! WTTW sweet boy! Can't wait to hear more about the birth. So glad to hear you are feeling better too. WTG laboring through the pitocen without pain

Oh my gosh! I was reading your last few posts today at work but didn't have time to post anything before leaving. I'm so glad your little guy is here, safe & sound, and you don't have to deal with prodromal labor or anxiety or any of those other things any more. Or until the next one.
Rest up, and enjoy your babymoon. We'll wait patiently for the full story, pics, and name. Congrats, Mama!
David Letterman is retiring. Such great memories of watching him over the past thirty-two years!
Welcome little man!
Congratulations to you and the whole family!
