Yay for being head down, and for starting to engage! I had a really hard time figuring out Tiven's position. I think that was because her placenta was anterior, front & center. It also masked a lot of her movements, so I never had that fluttery feeling in the second trimester. She went straight to kicking & punching the **** out of me!

Hahaha...yeah, my placenta is not anterior, but I think something about my abdominal wall just makes things a little difficult to discern. It all honestly just feels like one giant lump of baby most of the time. She is starting to really HURT me when she pushes around in there, though, good grief! Lots of wince-worthy moments these days. I'm trying not to mentally rush the last days or weeks of my last pregnancy, but I think we are all very excited for her to join us on the outside soon...
YAY!!!! That is one wonderful appointment Leigh!!!! So excited for you that everything is all set and she's ready to roll! And you are going to rock this birth lady!!!!!

I'm glad everything is going so well. You can rest easy now knowing that you don't have to worry about breech being an issue (surely she'll stay head down now). I have never been able to figure out what's what with my kids while pg. I never could tell you whether it was a heel or elbow, head or butt.
So glad it's not just me! From this point on, I'm going to assume that as long as I'm still feeling kicks in the same general area, all's well. (I drove myself crazy last pg constantly thinking she'd flipped out of vertex, and every time they checked she was head down). No more guessing games!
Nothing much going on today...little miss still feels like she's in the same position, which is ROT with her head pushing on my right hip--not the best position I know but a heck of a lot better than breech! Getting some good practice breathing when I put my hand on her back right now... <3
