Everything is fine, I think I'm just in denial that I'm in the final stretch!
I'm 'officially' 37 weeks today, so I should be good for my home birth plan. I don't think labour is likely to start for another couple of weeks though. DS was 7-12 days post-dates, so I'm assuming this one will at least cook for another 3 weeks or so.
I have another 5 days of work, and have a long list of (non-critical) things to do when I have some more time.
I'm feeling fine, and haven't had any complications. This child seems to be determined to kick my ribs out of shape, but at least the position is pretty good at the moment.

I know I still have no idea where our February board got moved to!
I still need to do my intro, but I haven't had the time, maybe tonight!
I just had a whirlwind morning. I had my midwife appointment, and saw my other midwife who I haven't seen in a while, and when she was trying to determine position, she couldn't find a head down where everyone else had said it was, and wondered as I had off and on, if the lump that's been under my ribs for weeks, might not be a bum.
So she gave me a requisition form for a walk-in ultrasound clinic.
I had a chiro appointment so I went there first and my chiro mentioned that when I find out for sure if baby is breech we can set up a plan to try the Webster technique and moxibustion. I went from there to the ultrasound clinic and actually found a parking spot right outside with an hour still on the metre! I only waited 10 minutes, and then the u/s tech confirmed that it is indeed baby's head up in my ribs and it's feet too. So that explains why I've been feeling all sorts of kicking and nudging and fullness up there. Baby's bum is down by my left hip, so no baby parts actually in my pelvis.
I got back to work and called the chiro back and now have an appointment for tomorrow at 10. Seconds later my midwife called and she already had the results and had contacted the breech specialist OB to set up a consult, she also mentioned that if my water breaks that I should stick my bum in the air and call her since there's a risk of cord prolapse when there's nothing blocking the cervix.
So now I know what happens when they discover a breech at 37 weeks (even though baby has been in this position for at least a month, and two other midwives and an OB didn't catch it)! Fun!

I'm glad everyone is now attentive!

It feels like something is happening. I just saw my chiropractor again, and spent the night going all sorts of crazy things. It's very uncomfortable right now, but I'm hoping that's because baby's trying to move.
