The BPP went great. His weight estimate was 5 lbs 11 oz. I would love for that to be true, but Emma's weight estimate was off by over a pound and I know the accuracy of those varies tremendously. I'm just happy he's measuring on track and my fluid levels were good as I had a lot of leakage on Saturday. My NST also went fine. I felt awful during it (dizzy, nauseous) but that's been fairly normal for me lately and I think it's more the fatigue and ICP then anything else as my bp was fine. They weren't thrilled to switch me, but I was allowed to stop the injections (I can still feel the one from two weeks ago and while last week's wasn't as bad as normal, it still hurts if anything touches it/my hip. My MW seemed to suggest that I won't get as much progesterone with the pills but obviously the pain wasn't worth it. The OB also okayed my upping my urso (which helps manage the itching/bile salts and gives him some protection) so that makes me feel a lot better about my numbers being so close to the severe range. My MW also mentioned doing an amnio at 37 weeks and then if his lungs are fine, induce right away. If not we'd wait a little bit but I doubt it will be an issue. I have total confidence that if we make it to an amnio, his lungs will be great and that the amnio could easily put me into labor anyway.

Here's a picture from todays BPP of his face straight on. Hopefully it won't take forever to resize. Seeing his face made me feel so much more relaxed about everything.

He is soooo cute! That's a great shot of his little face. Glad your appointment went well too. I'm sorry you have been feeling yucky, but I guess the good news is that pretty soon this will all be worth it.

Awwwww, what a sweetie! It sounds like you have a great attitude and are in really good hands. I also enjoyed reading about you and your DH, and your DD's birth. I am really looking forward to following you through the end of this pregnancy.

I actually got a little more sleep last night then I have in the last few days which was great. DD got up early (6:30 vs 7-7:30) but feeling rested, I was fine with that. Being mindful of how easily I get contractions, I did a TON of nesting this morning which felt great. It was just the kitchen, bathrooms laundry, dinner planning and some laundry but it feels nice to have things done.

Baby's being posterior more and more often since he flipped to head down a couple weeks ago. I'm not worried about it for birth yet as I know he's not likely to stay that way but it does cross my mind. Lots of BH this afternoon but DD has been good about letting me relax. BH are a little crampy and frequent but the pain feels like it's more from baby then my body if that makes sense. I'm sitting on my bum, downing water and timing them just because of the look on my MWs face yesterday but I'm not allowing him to come anytime soon.

Going to look on spinning babies for some stuff to do when we're closer to "induction" time (I REALLY think my body will just go on it's own, but if not I know the head OB who delivered DD is all about foley before PIT/medicated induction).

That is great that your DD is letting you relax, that makes a difference for sure. How awesome that the head OB is about other induction options before pitocin!

Yeah it's awesome. There are three other OBs in the office (and two other MWs). They're all good though one OB I don't know well as she just joined the practice. I know they won't push a c/s on someone unless it's really necessary. I know at least 50 people who've delivered at this hospital and 2 had c/s that they did everything they could to avoid, so I don't worry about my NCB wishes there.

I keep forgetting to bring it up at my appointments, but I'm thinking I have SPD. For about a month now, it feels like some has kicked or broken my pubic bone when I stand/move and my back has been killing me. I assumed the back pain was from him being posterior, but I read it can be SPD too? I read up on some pelvic floor exercises so I'm going to try those until I see my MW again next week. I don't know that the hospital nurses will have much advice for me at my NST on Friday though I'm sure they'll comment as I can't walk anything close to normal.

Aww your little man has such a cute chubby face!!!!

I have spd and it sucks. They wont have much advice for you on that. My advice is take it easy, sleep with a pillow between your legs, generally if it hurts dont do it! And stuff like taking 1 stair at a time slowly, not spreading your legs too far apart. You're probalby not gong to cause damage but just makes it more achy afterward. See a chiro if you can. Mine started around 20 weeks and got really bad around 29. It's horrible now, but since I had it with Ds I know it goes away after birth so there's an end in sight!!!
