It was such good advice, I posted it twice! :biglaugh:
Yeah I agree with Stacey, probably a positioning issue. :(
Strangely enough I didn't have regular contractions with DD until I was already pretty far along. But mine were from 4-10 minutes apart, not as far as you are describing.
KUP!! I don't have a clue but it sounds like progress! Excited for you!
Had just a little bit of pinkish show this morning. Was in and out of sleep from about 3-7 am with contractions 10-13 minutes apart. Intensity has picked up, need to breathe through but have spaced out again.
On a side note, has anyone tried the Anne Frye method of measuring dilation by fundal height during a contraction?
Lots of very thick, pink mucus! Contractions are still all over the place, but I don't think we have much longer.
Sounds promising! I didn't hear about that method until after Weston was born, but I do remember my midwife occasionally keeping her hand on my belly during a contraction so maybe that's what she was doing. I wasn't terribly concerned with dilation, more with how I was doing & feeling, until after my water broke and we were dealing with meconium. Before that, even though I think I posted on here what my dilation was at one point, it didn't really get into my brain. I hope you can get some good rest in, and then after that, that the contractions settle into something good & productive for you!
Totally just had an accidental unassisted hba2c at 12:14 am! Meet Calista Marie, 7 lbs 15 oz and 19.5 inches long born at 42 weeks on the dot I'll post a pic when I can.
Active labor/transition was only an hour. The only people there were my hubby and our photographer. My water never broke and baby was born in the birth tub completely in caul after just 5 pushes ❤
Soooo excited for you! Congrats!!! :D
ARIEL!!!!! I'm soooooooo excited for you :D
