So glad you have such great care and things are looking good so far! What's your guess on when baby will make an appearance?

I feel like probably around 11/15. LMP EDD is 11/5, u/s is 11/7 and my midwife has 11/11 on paper.

I'm starting to get lots of pressure and discomfort front to back down low though. Par for the course with it being #4? Wondering if this could all still go on for weeks?

I have no experience with #4. I didn't get that "down low" thing going until pretty late with both of mine, so here's hoping that means this one might not string us all along for weeks, LOL!

Totally hoping I don't string you ladies along for several weeks But not trying to get my hopes up. Ugh wish me luck! I'm going to be showing houses this afternoon, and I am hurting already!! I had a moment of panic last night thinking "we are REALLY about to do this. I'm REALLY going to have the baby at home this time. We're REALLY going to have FOUR!" I don't have any feeling like it will be like Justus' marathon labor. If anything, I'm a little scared of it going really fast. With Bunni I was complete in about 6 hours, my water breaking felt like it slammed me from nothing into transition, and that was hard to wrap my mind around. I can't imagine how intense anything shorter will be, except I do know being at home will make a HUGE difference.

If anyone wants to find me on Facebook, just shoot me a PM and I'll give you my name/email to search by.

OH and I don't think I mentioned... We are not have a doula this time (feeling very comfortable with my midwives and hubby), but we WILL be having a photographer. She comes highly recommended and my MW says she is very good at blending into the background while catching those candid shots. She will have video equipment too. I'm excited about that part!

YES! Every morning they wake up and ask if I've had the baby yet lol!! If all is going well, we plan to have our oldest daughter present when I have the baby. I found her to be a great comfort when I labored with Justus. She is so care-free and a total care-taking personality. She is not super sensitive either, so I think she will be just fine. She already told me she is going to brush my hair and bring me water <3 I've tried to prep her and say there may be some loud noises but it's just mommy doing a lot of hard work and nothing to be scared of. I would LOVE if she is able to witness the birth. She's at the age where she will likely remember and it could be life-changing for her.

ETA: I also LOVE that when people ask them when the baby will be here, they respond with "whenever the baby decides to come". It's amazing how much they absorb at such an early age. And I have vowed that my girls will see a midwife unless there is ever any medical need to see a more advanced practitioner like an OB.

sounds awesome! It really is amazing how much they absorb from what mommy/daddy does and says! I hear my voice in my kids all the time! The other day my DD (who turns 3 in December) used the word Fabulous correctly! LOL! it was really funny!

I keep stalking this lodge hoping this one will decide to come a tad earlier than his/her siblings. How are you feeling today? And happy LMP due date!

I don't feel like anything at all is happening lol! I had ctx that kept me up the other night. Nothing painful really, just noticeable. But no mucus, no nothing since then.

Those of you who had mucus kick up in previous pregnancies, did you do the same with each pregnancy? #2 and #3, mucus picked up about a week before. So that leads me to believe I'm at least a week out still.

no idea on the mucus, not something that happens to me. I actually go into labor suddenly with basically no warning!

Are you keeping yourself busy or just enjoying the last moments of this pregnancy or getting really ready for baby to come??
