I wish it was baby day! Zoe has gotten a lot of talk about how much we'd love for her to share her birth day with her daddy and the marines (tomorrow lol). Not sure if she's listening.

The PUPPS is making this end of pregnancy thing rough. Rash is on thighs now. Yay. Rolling over at night is painful. Going up and down stairs is painful. But I'm able to stand okay and walk okay. I don't think I'd be feeling so done and wanting to pep talk Zoe so much if it wasn't for the PUPPS though. I can't imagine the misery for those that have it all over their body.

On the plus side, the combo of Benadryl, itch cream, and hypno did the trick last night. I got 6 hours of sleep and didn't wake up constantly to roll over! I feel soooo rested and ready to take on labor! Hope this keeps up!

I'm so glad to hear you were able to get 6 hours of sleep! Sooo needed at this point! I hope Zoe takes the talk to heart and starts getting ready for her big day

YAY, Jackie! Sleep and relief is wonderful! I'm sorry you have to deal with the PUPPS on top of normal end of pregnancy discomforts, but really you're doing better than most people even so! Maybe she just wants her own birthday...

She'll be hard pressed to find a date that isn't one of our friends or family member's birthday! lol. November is a big birthday month....I think I know what everyone's parents were up to for Valentine's Day.

I really just hate the stress that her coming next week or the half week after that will bring DH. He has seriously brought up that if Zoe and I are both doing fine that we should consider leaving the hospital early AMA (totally not my husband's normal style to say the least).

It's so gratifying to get definite answers about the itching! So glad everything else looks great and you're feeling good about everything.

Well, woke up this morning and quickly realized that Zoe is lower than ever. A quick check had my jaw drop open because one inch up was the head! Holy cow! Today was my husband's birthday and he decided he wanted to spend it with his sister and her family. They live in a city an hour away, so we drove down and spent the day there. Two hours of it we were at the park where as the kids played I walked around. I really noticed that I'm actually more comfortable now than I have been because the pains I was having are gone. Zoe isn't sitting out front as much as she was, rather more in line. I feel a definite downward very centered pressure now, but it's a good uncomfortable rather than the bad uncomfortable I've had. Seems like she's settled down in a good position for us. Hoping that we'll see a mucus plug or something soon. Gotta keep up this positive thinking.

The only negative thing is that the PUPPS has spread to one leg, but hey that's why I bought a 2nd tube of itch cream right?

DH was asking me about the pregnant lady pictures and When I told him that was you a week apart he said that it looks like you had a pretty big drop. If my DH noticed it, you definitely dropped.

Let's nix that whole better uncomfortable I had yesterday. I feel like she somehow managed to drop more overnight. Ha. I look a lot smaller, at least to myself I do. Walking is a major chore today. We drove up to my hospital so DH could finally see it and where I need to go (it's a big place). DH didn't want me to walk period, but I reminded him that walking is good for me. It's not like I'm going to press myself more than I know I can handle. After two stores I told him that was enough. Headed back home now.
All I've got to say is that if I make it to my appt Wednesday, I will be grumpy. Not because I'm done, but because I don't think I can get the stroller in and out of the car, let alone get Aiden in and out of his car seat! Lol.

My fear of hitting 42 weeks has disappeared!!!
