I told DH I'm going out tomorrow for lights for our Christmas tree (forgot that we need new ones since we didn't put up the big tree last year) if I'm still the same. The man thinks I'm nuts. But really, if she's not here what else am I supposed to do?! Could be a fun family outing...right????![]()
That would be quite the outing! Sometimes stores aren't so bad but most are just crazy. At least it's lights and not a TV you're after.
I think shopping is a great idea because you have something you need to get. I am hoping Zoe will decide she'd just rather have you stay home and stare at her then be stuck in the crowds.
Anything's worth a shot right?
I'm not exactly in a happening city and if people are really black friday crazy they'll be headed elsewhere. No Best Buy, TRU, etc here. lol.
Though DH is really begging that labor starts tonight or in the morning. I've been online for the past hour looking up deals and online codes. I'm getting tempted to buy more wool longies for my son and a cute pink skull fitted for Zoe from etsy.Or maybe a new carrier deal with pop up soon???

Haha Jackie, I can imagine your hubby having a serious conversation with Zoe along the lines of "it's time to come out Zoe before Mummy sends us broke". Enjoy your shopping trip, or the alternative of having Zoe in your arms
I cannot believe you fully decorated for Christmas a month early at 40+ weeks pregnant. Woman, you are amazing. And you're thinking of going out on Black Friday. Now I just think you're crazy.
Maybe Zoe had other plans for overnight??

Still pregnant. Not even a twinge the past 6 hours.![]()
Sorry! Here is hoping that Zoe makes her grand (fashionably late) entrance today. What a diva that girl is already!![]()
Yep, diva already!![]()
I walked around Lowe's for 45 minutes WITH my toddler wrapped on my back and then walked around Target for an hour. Nothing. Seriously nothing.
Zoe is just so comfy in there! You've obviously made her a nice, comfy little home and she just doesn't realize that she can come out now.
I totally understand the spending $$ thing. I need Griffin to come in the next couple weeks because I have lost my mind and bought way too many diapers. I told myself I HAVE to stop once he is born. I keep going on the facebook cloth diaper swap and finding kinds that I want to try! Today there was a sale at our local store and I went and got some more. I have so many and I don't even know what's going to work out for us yet! I have prefolds, covers, fitteds, pockets, and 1 AI2. NO AIOs simply because I don't want to have to worry about the dry time, but I have like a million different brands to try now. I imagine I will be PMing you with questions, Jackie once I start actually CDing this baby.![]()
I may have bought DS another pair of longies. I've somehow resisted buying diapers for Zoe today. But it's not easy. lol
