Oy since my last post Zoe kept getting more and more fussy and had several nights in a row where she screamed for 6 or more hours. It was AWFUL. She was fussy all day and screaming all night. Knew we had "colic" going on just needed to figure out what was causing it. She was clearly in pain and it wasn't gas. After a lot of reading online I realized she was displaying a lot of reflux symptoms. Oh yay. For 2 days now I've been diary and soy free. Decided to try that first since half of reflux cases are due to diary protein intolerance. After 24 hours of being dairy free she stopped screaming. Nursing her isn't causing her to fuss and look panicked. She's no longer begging for her paci. She SLEPT last night without a single screaming episode. Today she was very content and even had good awake period where she smiled a lot. I feel like the newborn I brought home from the hospital is back! I'm wondering if a lot of her fussiness and screaming while sick was actually reflux now. Poor kiddo. And what does my mom tell me tonight after all of this and knowing I've been going nuts? I was dairy intolerant as a baby! Thanks mom. Could have used that info sooner.

So glad to hear that cutting dairy and soy helped! I had to do the same thing with Kostas and it was like night and day! I love all your BWing pics!

Zoe is one month today! Can't believe it. She's really grown. Newborn one pieces aren't fitting anymore. She's up to 22"! Dairy free is going great; so nice to have a normal happy baby. She's doing really well with sleeping even if she's slightly off in days and nights from before we knew she had a dairy allergy.
Sorry the pics are big. I stole them off of FB.

Wow a month already?!? I feel like you just gave birth to her minutes ago. I'm glad that cutting out dairy is going well. I had the same issue with DD and it really is amazing how different they are when you figure out that the intolerance is what's causing the problems. I am obsessed with her hair color and LOVE the baby wearing pics!
