Okay, pictures of Zoe's room! One nice thing about having a girl is that I didn't actually have to buy much thanks to me being too sentimental to throw some of my childhood stuff away.
SOOOOO sorry they're all so big, but photobucket hates me so I'm stealing photos off of FB.
Door sign. Courtesy of big brother's painting skills and painter's tape.
Crib is still set up as a toddler bed for a bit longer in hopes that Aiden might sleep in there while my parents are visiting while DH is gone. Quilt is from Etsy. Fell in love with it and based everything on that. Got the car seat ready (will be installed later this week). Got my Mei Tai Baby waiting on a squish.
Zoe's room sign. Underneath it are two fabric covered cork boards. Just waiting for her special memories to be pinned.
Shelf has two neatly folded wraps. Rocking chair is mine from when I was a baby.
Dresser and changing space all ready to go!
I painted wood frames and used more Cinderella pictures. Bows and headbands are stored in clearance buckets from Target. Eeyore clock to the right is mine as a kid. The flowers on the left are a centerpiece from our wedding.
Guaranteed to the be neatest this closet will EVER be.
Very cute! I love it!

I love her room!! That quilt is beautiful. I still have sooooo much to do before we are ready! Ugh. When did you finish everything?
I haven't been on here in awhile so I haven't had a chance to tell you Yay for Zoe going head down! So glad that your appointments have gone well too. Sounds like everything is lining up for a pretty stress free delivery!
Sorry you have been worn out. I can only imagine how you feel having a toddler to care for all day. I, too, am very exhausted and am starting to feel limited in some of the things I can do but I'm pretty much just sitting at my desk and taking care of a 6 year old so I shouldn't really complain. Not too much longer though! Woo hoo!
Her room has been mostly ready for 2 weeks now.
The only thing I haven't finished yet that I want to is a mobile. I need DH's help because I need more than two hands! Not sure where I want to hang it. Maybe over her changing area while she's itty bitty?
I'd hang the mobile over either the changing pad, the crib, or the rocking chair. places she'll be looking upwards at the ceiling!
When is your next appointment?
I seriously doubt we'll be doing much other than changing her clothes in her room for a bit! Just because it's upstairs and she won't be in the crib for a long time b/c we plan to cosleep. My favorite glider is now downstairs in the living room. See, it was pointless for me to do up a nursery, but since we're staying here for another 2-4 years it'll eventually get use at least!
I have my 38 week appt Wednesday morning!
I say hang your mobile over the changing table. That's where she'll enjoy it most for a long time, and there's nothing like a happy baby during diaper changes! We have a string of colorful feather butterflies over Addy's changing table, and she started staring and cooing at it really early on.
So cute, love it!
Yay for head down too!
We passed on a nursery for the last 2 kiddos for the same reasons. I ended up getting 2 second hand rockers so I could have one up and one down stairs.
Gosh it is hard to chase after a toddler and be preg. too. Sorry you are feeling worn down. I feel you 100% on that one
