Sounds like and awesome day! You look fantastic. My comp is broken or i gurantee I would be spending too much time watching births! I hear ya on being anxious. Do you have any projects you could fill up your time with (ya know besides being a busy mom lol). sorry the house won't be done, I am sure once you are in it will have been worth the wait![]()

So friday was wonderful!! I am way excited about the maternity pics my midwife did. She did a million different ones and had lots of cool fabrics to use and cool ideas. My appt went well bp is great and babys head is now much lower into my pelvis. She is however a little concerned with the amt of heart palpiations I am getting. I seem to get them almost daily and when at work they are the worst (I only work 3 days/week). We have an EKG machine at work and I had a med assistant do one on me and it swssas normal besides showing the PVCs I am having. So anyway I am not really concerned as I had them with my daughters pregnancy as well just not as much as I am now. so I did some extra lab work to check my magnesium, potassium and a cbc to make sure I am not anemic (I know i am not). Of course since Thursday I have had zero palpitations! Might be due to the heavenly relaxing prental massage I had!
Now for the very unpleasant news. My kids yesterday in the middle of the afternoon suddenly came down with a stomach flu at the SAME time! Oh and we were at my dads celebrating their birthdays, he lives about an hour from us. So here we are at his house and they are barfing. I felt so bad! My dad has 4 little kids (6 year old twins and 3 year old twins, yea crazy I know!) I pray they don't get sick. So the very very unpleaseant news is after we got home (he a car ride in which both kids barfed). I started to feel a little crappy. Well then it hit full force and I barfed all night and had terrible diarrhea. Just tried drinking some water and it didn't take long before it came up.the worst part is I am STARVING but I know what eating is gonna do to me and it isn't worth it. So anyway please send all the get healthy vibes you can and also throw in some baby STAY IN vibes. I need to get hydrated before this labor starts!
(Sorry for the weird typos I am using my phone to write this)

Oh no, the flu is the worst. I'm so sorry that you are all so sick. Not that its good but at least everyone will get it at once in your house and you won't be dealing with numerous outbreaks over the next few days. That is the worst to be hungry too and not be able to keep anything down. Hope you DH is still well and able to help take care of you and the kids. And fingers crossed that LO stays put until you are all well.
So sorry to hear about the heart problems as well. Glad you were able to check them out at work and see that they were nothing to be worried about. I'm glad that your awesome friday helped to keep them at bay. Maybe they are stress related? Either way you should get wonderful relaxing massages all the time to help out the situation![]()

I hope the flu has passed quickly and now you have lots of time to recoup and get rehydrated! Are you close with your kids and your dads kids close? it would be kinda neat, I would guess they would be raised more like cousins than aunts and uncles...![]()

Yes we are close with my Dad and his kids. It is a very cool relationship that my kids and his kids have. It is definitely like a cousin realtionship and not Aunts and Uncle. They all have so much fun together.
The sickness has finally left our home! Thank God! That was just horrible! I am glad to be past it now and I feel 100% better today just because I took a shower, put on real clothes and makeup for work today! I am now all ready to go into labor!!I rehydrated all day yesterday to prepare. I have started to get some uncomfortable cramps/contractions on and off since yesterday morning. Nothing consistent or anything but still I feel encouraged. Still haven't lost any plug or anything. I haven't had a single heart palpitation since last Thursday so I am very happy about that!

Yay for a germ free house!!!! I'm glad you are all feeling better and that you are rehydrated and good to go. Also great news about having no heart palpitations since Thursday. Are you working up until you go into labor?

Glad to hear you're feeling better!![]()
What do your heart palpitations feel like? I think I had those with my first pregnancy...but I didn't know how to describe them or what to call them. I'm glad you haven't had any in any case!![]()
Glad you're all ready, and starting to have some signs... could be any time!![]()

Yes my plan is to work up until I go into labor. My job really isn't too strenous or anything so it is better I work and save all my days off for after baby. I only will get about 5.5 weeks paid (using all my vacay and sick time), I will be using FMLA to take a total of 10 weeks.
For me heart palps feels like my heart "skips a beat" like I sit and feel my pulse and about every 20 beats it will be like one beat is absent. I get a flutter feeling in my throat as well. When I get them I get them all day long. They are not painful but super annoying and make me feel a litte anxious which then makes them worse.
Last night I ran 3 miles and this morning my pelvis hurts bad! I probably shouldn't have run quite as long or as fast as I did. I am going to the chiropractor today so hoping she can fix me up. I also have my 39 week appt today![]()

I hope the visit to your chiropractor helps with the pelvic pain. I wanted to say that you look fantastic in that belly pic you posted. I'm glad everyone in the house is feeling better. I think it's crazy that you are running at this stage in pregnancy, I'm only 31 weeks and feel like I can barely walk half the time, forget running!![]()
