Yes, don't be like me with Aiden and lounge around with your feet up (he was posterior). *sigh* With Zoe I spent sooo much time (with the public pain!!) on an exercise ball. I was able to find a way to lean forward comfortably without extra pressure there. It also helped me keep up good posture too. I didn't have issues with Zoe hanging out in posterior.
Glad you haven't had any protein issues or high BP issues!
And chances are higher that all will go well if you wait for baby to decide his time. Baby is more apt to be in a better position for you and for him. Remember my labor stalled out due to Zoe's position. My body knew what it was doing. Yours will too!!!
Well maybe baby has flipped to face down! I did a bunch of spinning babies last night and was sitting upright all night and my belly feels different today, harder, and the kicks feel "buried", like they are on the inside wall of my uterus!
Right after doing the stuff last night DH told me belly looked more pointy, LOL! So let's hope that this little babe is facedown!!!![]()
OMG my feet are getting so swollen! I think because im trying to follow the spinning babies recommendations and dont recline back with them up much anymore. i am right now though, my feet just needed a little relief! my bp is good though! 116/80 this am! Yay!
I think i may have dropped too! my mom gets here tomorrow night so i can go into labour anytime after that!
i'm actually starting to get some bh too!!!
Oh, anyone know of anyone who has had a reaction to epo? I havent inserted any yet, but I have sensitive skin and am afraid i'll end up with a huge swollen crotch. Where should I test first? I was thinking of piercing one and just rubbing a bit of oil just inside of my hooha and seeing if its ok. Sound like a good idea? Ive taking epo orallly with no problems.
Yay for dropping! That likely means the spinning babies techniques are doing something. I think doing a little test spot couldn't hurt.
I have super sensitive tissues down in my girly bits and never reacted to the EPO, actually it made things nice and soft down there. If you are worried though I would do a little test for sure.

I did a little test with the EPO so i'll be using it tonight! YAY!!
Had the worst NST today....well not that bad, baby was good, my bp was good...BUT the nurse was awful. She took forever to find the heartbeat for some reason, and i'm now paranoid because she only found it at bellly button level, which seems really high to me. I did feel hiccups down low last night so i'm going to assume that baby is still head down. it would be weird to flip now. THen she made me lie on my side which kills my spd and left me alone forever in agony and my water was out of reach and i was so thirsty! I could hear everyone elses nurse who was so nice, asking them if they wanted a drink etc. ERG!
But i guess overall it was ok since baby and bp were good. What do you make of the high heartbeat location|?
She probably had it angled in such a way that she was picking up the HB at your belly button level but baby's actually a bit lower. Why did she make you lie on your side? You should've *****ed her out. You can do that you knowPregnant ladies are given a pass on manners.
Happy 38 weeks!!
