Have you tried belly wrapping? I felt like it really helped me with Noah. I was able to get him up in a more upright position instead of pushing outward he was putting more pressure down on my cervix. You really are doing a great job Alison! I know you're ready, especially with all these false starts.

No I haven't. What did you use? I see on pinterest some women using ringslings. Wonder how well that works...?

Oooh....that's what The Feminist Breeder did with baby number 3! And yep, a ring sling works! Though you might want to hold off a few hours....

aaaand I can't find a single sling. I knew there was something I was missing in prep for New Baby: Slings!!!

We've packed most of our house because we're moving at the end of September. I guess I packed them up... gotta find that box! I NEED SLINGS!!!!

do you have any old sheets you can cut up for it? I actually had a pregnancy belt because when I was pregnant with DD2 I had ruptured a disc in my back and I just had it on hand. An old sheet cut into a strip and wrapped around would work just perfectly as well though maybe even better as it wouldn't be as thick and hot as my belt was.

    Default 41 WEEKS!!!

I had a S&S yesterday. I don't feel any different. I'm 2-3 cm, 60% effaced and really soft. That's a good start. Baby's head is not engaged at all. He/she is super comfy in there.

I had a BPP today, it went well - I guess - I won't know anything until I speak with my midwives. I hope to hear from them later today.

Otherwise. Nothing much to update. I'm feeling good. I certainly don't feel 41 weeks pregnant haha. I just hope baby arrives sometime in the next 7 days.

Sounds like baby is just enjoying his/her last days inside mommy. Glad you aren't uncomfortable!

That's a great start!! Noah didn't engage until labor and even then I swear it wasn't until my water broke. I could still move his head before my water broke.
