As far as completing the challenge I pretty much sucked, however I'm proud of the reading I did this year! I completed 18 books!

    ETA:
Used multiple titles in a reading challenge to complete previous challenges (08 & 09 ABC challenges). While I still didn't complete them, I did knock a few more letters off each challenge!

I had one of the best reading years ever in 2010! I managed to finish my TBR pile entirely, although not my alternate list, and read loads of books - - around 74 books! I think I'll aim for 100 in 2011.

I finished my 12 for the challenge. I liked that the challenge got me to finally read some books that had been sitting in my TBR pile for awhile. Found some that I really loved.

As for how many books I read in 2010... I don't even want to know because I'm sure its scary high. I read much faster on my kindle and I'm reading lots of independent authors and novellas.

There is something about words. In expert hands, manipulated deftly, they take you prisoner. Wind themselves around your limbs like spider silk, and when you are so enthralled you cannot move, they pierce your skin, enter your blood, numb your thoughts. Inside you they work their magic. ~ The Thirteenth Tale

I also feel like I read more quickly on the Kindle. I actually finished 19 books since I finished The Summoning right under the wire at 10:30 pm on 12/31!

    Wonderful job Laura and Stephanie!
