I love having a 'required reading' for the month, it kicks my butt in gear to read a book and gives me interesting new books to read. But the long list of questions is a bit overwhelming for the time I have. I don't seem to be the only one, as I don't see too many people answering the questions. I don't think we should stop it, though, as it's a great way to get you thinking. But I wonder if anyone would be interested in maybe picking one or two of the questions for a discussion? Would that get more people involved in writing here about the books? It would be nice to see more people write, and to get more of a dialogue going. Bookclub readers, what do you think?

First off, Congrats on the new baby!
That sounds like a very good idea. I'll be honest, I browsed the questions for the current selection and am more than halfway through the reading, and they are a little intimidating. Reading is my escape, so I really don't want to have to think so much/hard about what I'm reading.
I'd say some of our own questions/thoughts might get a the dialogue going better than the "bookclub" questions. I find I cn often only get to some, then have to come back to answer the others and always forget that too.
