Thread: I had some comments on the author challenge

so here is a thread for them, feel free to use it for other comments as well.


First off -- You ladies are fabtabulous readers. How do you do it?!? I'm still on the 3rd of the Gemma Doyle series. Hopefully after this month things will beging to slow down for me, and all the deadlines on the horizon will be in the past and I can focus on reading again!

I have to make a confession.... I read Outlander in Dec, but I didn't get the rest of the series until Jan 2.

I also got the first Gemma Doyle book. I'll be starting that after I finish reading the Twilight Saga (yes, again - I have no idea how many times I've read it now) and I have 1 more in the Outlander series. Then I move on to Gemma Doyle

It's ok laura I stopped counting the times I have read/listened to twilight

I'm actually just starting to read a lot again. I didn't for a while but since I joined my other book club I have been reading like crazy! I am doing The Reading Cove which is a really fun online book club (if you want more info pm me!)

I am slow at getting started and am bummed that I petered out on the last challenge.

So I do have a question. Does this mean that potentially we could read 2 books for 1 author? Then it would count for 2 letters? For instance Jane Austin. J for the first book of hers and A for the next book you read of hers?

Personally, I'm ok with that. We are busy adults with lives outside of reading and this board, so ... yeah I think it is ok.

How about everyone else? Thoughts on the matter?

I love reading, so I just jumped in!

Its ok with me.
I've put mine under the same letter, but i read so many books it doesnt make a differnace to me.
