Little Earthquakes by Jennifer Weiner

I loved this book. I was wondering if she ever stated what Lia's baby died from? Was it SIDS or something else? Did I miss this when I read it cause I was crying too hard during that part that I had to skip some of it, too sad for me during that part.....  Sad

I'm pretty certain it was SIDS, though I'm not sure that the author ever came out and said it. I'm pretty certain though that she never stated another reason for his death.

It was a great book!!

I know, I don't think she ever said, but maybe we were supposed to assume it was SIDS? I even read the acknowledgments at the end and it never said....I wish she would write a sequel and Lia would have a baby or twins, and they would be like 5 years old, healthy and happy. Poor Lia, she needed a happier ending...... Sad

I love love loooooove this book. A real tear jerker and comedy all at the same time. I love Jennifer Weiner!

She never says exactly what happened to the baby - just that he died in his sleep. I think this touches on how mysterious SIDS really is and how alot of deaths are blamed on SIDS but they don't really know.

I'm getting all teary-eyed just thinking about that part of the book again. I'm going to have to go check on my baby now...
