I think they should hand out kleenex when you buy your ticket! The preview choked me up. But what is this?????
Yes - it ends differently from the book.
    How can they do that?

Me too. I just know I'd be bawling 99% of it, but I'm looking forward to it. It might be one that I wait to see on DVD though just because of the emotion factor.

and IDK why they would change the ending, but if they do I would hope it would be a happier ending than the actual book.

This is kind of what I was thinking. Plus...now... doesn't it make you want to see the movie more?

Usually I don't like it when they change the endings/story lines of the book. I think the ending of My Sister's Keeper was one of the reasons it was such a great book. Although it probably would have made the movie too depressing. Anyway, definitely a watch at home with an entire box of kleenex movie.

OT: I went to see Message in a Bottle without reading the book or really knowing the story. I totally sobbed in the theater! Of course, I think most people were - guys included.

I've had that happen a couple of times, the one I remember the most was Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas by Patterson. Then I had to go back and re- read the last several pages to make sure I took it all in through my sobbing. Most recently was The Book Thief, needed a few minutes for reflection.

I'm going to have to add that book to my TBR list. I've not read it yet so I haven't watched the trailer.
