Thread: new twilight trailer

ok just watched it.....ack. ok the movie itself looks nice, but it doesnt look anything like the book. i screamed at my ipod when i watched the trailer. just have to remember it wont be like the book.

It does seem like there are some pretty big differences but I'm still eager to see it. To me I think they made Edward a little too "teenage cocky" instead of refined and eloquent.

see this is exactly what im saying... its not gonna be anything like the book and thats whats gonna piss me off!

I never thought it could compare to the book anyway, so no disappointment here. I'm super excited, but just to see the adaptation. Some of the extra special effects seem a little overkill, like the whole up in the tree deal, but ... I'm excited.

ITA....it is either going to be REALLY good or REALLY bad.

Either way....I cannot wait.

I ditto this completely! I am going to try and think of it as a different story all together.
