Has anyone read this? I am on page 150 of like 500-600 and it is really good.
never heard of it sorry. Where did you hear of it? What is it about?
I've heard of it, but never read it. That is the book by Phillipa Gregory (sp?) right? She has several that are similiar in nature, right?
Here is the summary:
When Mary Boleyn comes to court as an innocent girl of fourteen, she catches the eye of Henry VIII. Mary falls in love with both her golden prince and her growing role as unofficial queen. However, she soon realizes just how much she is a pawn in her family's ambitious plots as the king's interest begins to wane and she is forced to step aside for her best friend and rival: her sister, Anne. Then Mary knows that she must defy her family and her king, and take her fate into her own hands.
I think she has written quite a few novels, this is my first one I have read - this isn't my favorite era - but it's an easy to understand fun read
I've read a lot of her novels. They're fun reads and I love Tudor England, so I enjoy them.
There are 3 in that series I believe but I cannot recall the other 2 right now.
One is the Boelyn Inheritance and I am reading that one now - I don't know the 3rd one though...
