Default hotel in New Liskeard/North Bay region

We are looking for a nice affordable hotel in the region of New Liskeard or North Bay when we go visit my sis in Gatineau.

New Liskeard / North Bay are about half way there and we plan to separate the trip in half. (11 hour drive)

We'd prefer one with a pool.

Also if there are suit with 2 separate rooms it would be even better.

    Any suggestions??

Super 8 look good in North Bay (shape of a castle and Hunter is in love with castles right now, but I don't think there is a pool...

I'm in North Bay... I'm not sure though... when we travel we always stay at Comfort Inn chains because we find them very affordable, but they don't (normally) have pools.

There is a Travellodge on the highway just as you are about to head south/east out of North Bay (on Hwy 11 & 17) that has a pool, but I don't know what the rates are.

There's a Holiday Inn Express (same area as the Travellodge) that has a pool but again I don't know what the rates are like.

In February we stayed at the Bo-Mark Motel. There's no pool but it is the cleanest place that I have ever stayed! It has a huge property with trails I believe. When we stayed everything ws under a few feet of snow.

It's kind of a unique experience to stay at the Bo-Mark...people from our group still talk about our stay there.
