That's awesome you got to go to the game! I couldn't believe how loud the crowd was! It was awesome.

To answer your question, I'm not originally from Dawson Creek, actually I'm a Texan. I lived in Fleetwood area of Surrey for 2 1/2 years when DH and I were first married. Now his family lives in Langley. Dawson Creek is a pretty small town (around 12,000 I think) so chances are fairly good that I may know your friends or have heard of them. I've only lived here for two years, though.

Me too! Was kinda unimpressed at the beginning when we let SJ score first and then later tie it... but we redeemed ourselves quite well I think LOL What was that SJ player's problem??? (the one who got like 4 penalties)

Great game! I'm hoping Eager (The player with the attitude and all the penalties) gets suspended by the NHL for his actions. That hit on Daniel Sedin was not right. And I got really upset when he scored on Luongo by knocking him down and then stood over him talking smack... Grr!!

Well I missed the first 2 periods, and the first 7 minutes or so of the 3rd, but got home from ball just in time to see us score goals 4 through 7

We always have at least 1 parent hooked up through their phone giving us updates anyways

I hope Eager gets a suspension too. His behaviour was completely uncalled for. At the very least the SJ coach should realize that he was the major reason they got beat by so much(since he kept taking penalties and we kept scoring!) and bench him for the next game. However, it's the playoffs, and I doubt that will happen.

No ball now until next Wed. so I can watch the whole game for the next 2 at least

My window is getting very full- I have a giant flag hanging in it, and every time we win, I color a big "W" on a piece of paper and tape it to the window I'm pretty sure I have room for 6 more though

Doesn't look like Eager'll get any punishment for his behaviour Didn't know he was Canadian though LOL

Anybody see the flasher? Dh told me about it (he read it, didn't watch the game)... the article I read said it was seen on the CBC broadcast, but I guess I missed it and didn't even hear them commenting on it (that's quite OK... I didn't need to). They said the green men weren't there?? I thought I saw them... guess not

Haha I didn't see her originally, I guess I wasn't home yet, but they showed the clip on the noon news yesterday, albeit blurred out

Apparently she said as she was being escorted out- "I didn't know I couldn't do that"

Uhhhhh, yeah. This isn't the Kid Rock concert(that was the night before LOL) this is a hockey game.

    Was she blonde?

On the other hand... why is it legal (at least in some provinces, I know Ontario is one... don't know about BC) for a woman to go topless yet they get kicked out if they do something like this? All or nothing, you know? LOL (and for the record... I do NOT agree with the law... PLEASE keep you top on!!!! And that goes for most guys too )
