Oooooh we came down to $1.05! And of course I've got to fill up today as I'm almost empty... that's gonna hurt!

Still $1.17- 1.18 here. I've gotten used to it. I don't like it, but I'm used to it. Probably I will have to fill up soon as I think I'm at about 1/4 tank. That can get me far however when some days I don't drive anywhere.

We went down to $1.04. Then the Canadian Tire gas bar decided to hold a sale (I think they do this once or twice a year) and dropped their price to 99.8ish from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. today This then caused all other gas stations to also drop theirs. Unfortunately, however, by 5:30 the other stations had put theirs back up. Stupid me saw my gas station nice and low and thought "I should top up... I'll do it after I come back from dd's riding lesson" (it's 20 minutes out of town and didn't want to "waste" my top up). I get back into town and it's back up *scowls*. I sent dh to Canadian Tire but the line up was SOOOOOOOO long and crazy and very unlikely he'd get through it by 7 (it was already after 6 at that point) that he just went to Shell and topped up for $1.04.

I think gas is jumping again. The station I like to go to has been $1.04 for the past number of days. Most the other stations have been around $1.02 for the last couple days. Then this afternoon I was out and about and saw Canadian Tire at $1.08!!! Hurried up and got to my gas station to top up (it and the one next to it hadn't jumped yet).

Sigh. Just watching the news and they are giving us the dubious honor of the highest gas prices in Canada. Average Lower Mainland price is $1.19. I'm pretty sure it said $119.6 when I drove by earlier. Ugh. We have surpassed Yellowknife and Labrador City.

    Whoo Hoo???

We got down to $1.04 but shot back up to $1.08. Pathetic. I have half a tank of gas... but I'm trying to hold off, we have to go to Orillia on Monday and gas is usually almost 10 cents cheaper there (INSANE considering they're only 2 hours or so south!) so I'd prefer to fill up there if I can.

Well we actually got down to 98 at the end of last week (first time below $1 in a long time)... but I saw tonight that we've jumped back up to $1.06 Long weekend, why would we expect any different?

I haven't had to fill up in a while DH spends his spare time scrapping cars(he has a deck truck to haul his race car and it naturally evolved to scrapping when his construction "day job" slowed down) and if the car hasn't been sitting too long we drain the gas tank and put it into mine(our other car is a diesel). I got a FULL tank out of a car a couple weeks ago Whoo hooo!! It's worth like $60!!
