So yesterday I finally got AF.... mid day. I entered light as the flow into fertility friend. I used one slender tampon from say 12-5 and then put in a super which was fine until around 5 am. So here is the TMI.... the slender one wasn't too messy, and the super was definitely messier but I would still say light flow.
Do you think I should have entered spotting for yesterday? Or light flow? If I change it to spotting, it makes today CD 1 instead of yesterday.
By no means an expert, but I always think if you need a tampon, thats more than spotting. Let's see what the experts say! Mary?

Yeah I would agree...but again, I'm no expert either!
I think adding to my confusion is my temps, they are all over the place.
Kim, a lot of people don't even bother temping during AF because the temps are all over the place. I wouldn't worry about it.
