Thread: Anovulatory Cycle? :(

Can you guys take a look? I'm getting depressed about it.

I can't read charts yet (learning). I wanted to give you a hug.

I'm no master of reading charts either, but to me it looks like O on the 17th. Maybe FF is just making sure your temps stay up there. (((hugs)))

It looks like you "could" have O'd on CD 17, but I'm not sure because of all the higher temps you have previous to O. How long are your cycles normally?

well... they're not regular by any means but been averging 35 days but they've been as long as 45 days in the months immediately following coming off the pill.

I don't have much charting experience.... but for the months that I have charted i've always had an obvious pattern of lower temps pre and higher temps post... I think I've actually gotten crosshairs each time (keep in mind we're only talking about 4-5 cycles). I guess it could be normal for me to have anovulatory cycles and I've just never known it. Maybe those are the months that I have longer than average cycles....

I'm just so bummed. Makes me feel like my chances went from 25% to 0%.

Hmm....it's really hard to tell since your pre O temps are so high but it looks like you could have O'd on CD 17. BUT since you're still having fertile CM you might not have O'd yet. If you don't get a bfp this cycle I recommend using OPKs next cycle to make predicting your O date a little easier. I'm sorry....I know how frustrating unpredictable cycles can be. Hopefully your cycles with go back to 'normal' soon. Or better yet, I hope you get a BFP so you won't have to worry about it anymore!

I agree with Jina, since you're still having fertile CM, it's possible you haven't O'd yet... will you be able to BD any more?

Thanks guys. I'm starting to think that it is possible that I haven't Oed yet. No BD for us tonight... now DH is the one that is sick. Ugh. Hopefully we'll get to tomorrow and it's not too late if it is late O.

Ok - here I go analyze analyze analyze!!!

I decided to look in the chart galleries to see examples of delayed ovulation and a lot of them have temps over the coverline and some erattic high-low temping that look similar to mine. That combined with a decent temp jump this am has my hope restored. We DTD this am.... so not the best DTD scenario b/c we hadn't really for about a week before, but we'll see.
