I want to start charting again to get ready for TTC in the nearish future, however my 19month old doesn't STTN, he wakes anywhere from 2 to 10 times per night, and we are also coming into the time of year when he is often unwell due to asthma which means he sleeps even less because of it. Is there anyway to chart somewhat accuratly if you are waking multiple times a night?
Maybe. I think you just have to try and see what you get. I have charted while waking at night and my temps are a little more jumpy than if I were sleeping well, but I still get a clear thermal shift.
Good luck.

I agree, it's worth a shot, if you really want to temp. If not then you could always just do opks.![]()

I do need to get some opks, but they are more difficult as I always have a toddler ensuring I pee right (just ask him, he is the expert, according to him), so he will wnat to play with them, or drink from the cup, so meltdown city when he doesn't get his own way. I guess I will give it a go and see how I go, I may have to get a BBT thermoeter this time, last time I used a normal one with great results but I think I need that extra level of accuracy now
