Question about odd BBT chart.

Hi ladies.

For the record, my BBT has always been erratic since I started charting back in February. I have history of endo, and came off of three years of continuous progresterone in January. The doctor told me the meds cleared my system within a month, but I have yet to ever see a clear thermal shift that is consistent with ovulation. I was really hoping to see one on my first round of Clomid, but between my BBT and OPKs i'm scratching my head. I've had two LH surges, a week apart. In between I had multiple days of no lines, and CM becoming creamy. Then VIOLA, a near positive with darkening lines daily with EWCM all over again. What gives.. and is this normal? Have several signs of early pregnancy ranging from nausea, cravings, fatigue, bloating, frequency in urination and super tender breasts. Can anyone please look at my chart and give me some advice? My doctor has left me in the dark just playing the waiting game. :( Thanks!

Now looks pretty good to me for o'ing...id be interested to see an opk..

Stress abd illness can delay o also...on clomid tho id have to go look back at my charts...

OPK today is darker then yesterday, but still not a full positive. I was just confused with all of the symptoms since I thought they were predominantly post O. Also to note, I've never had tender breasts in my entire life. I figured it was a side-effect of clomid. Definitely having tons of EWCM too. Thanks for the input!

yup you can def have sore breasts from clomid... and clomid tends to stay in you for more than a cycle.. just usually worse when you just finish... sooooo.. good times

Do you take your opk's once or twice a day? Sometimes if you only do it once a day you can miss your surge. Also do you track cervical position?

No, cervical position is the only thing I haven't been tracking. Thank you for the guidance. :) Definitely helps to have feedback from someone who has been there!

Its not a problem... if you need anything else feel free to pm me. It took me 6 cycles of clomid to get dd... then my body got over itself and I had normal cycles.

I really found that CP was one of my body's best indicators of what was going on, but not everyone is comfortable checking, and it does take a bit of experience to understand what is open and closed, soft and firm for your body.

Also, clomid tended to dry my cm out some. I drank a lot of green tea that summer and got pg with dd. I'd highly recommend it. Also, if you're experiencing headaches and stuff taking clomid at night can help avoid a lot of the side effects.. like right before bed. also helped me be less moody!

I wouldn't mind learning, considering for the most part my BBT hasn't been a fantastic indicator either. This morning I did get excited with my nice temp jump, and my CM disappeared for the most part and my OPK now has no lines. Crossing my fingers. I'm supposed to do some bloodwork on Friday as it is CD 23. Thank you for all of your help and encouragement! I'll keep you posted!

If you still see a rising temp I think we found your o and just in time! Hope you and dh got to it.

Checking cp isnt hard, you just have to learn the norm for your body. Its best to start at the beginning of your cycle. FF has a good tutorial. You can see it on my chart too.

Definitely going to keep up with the charting! Temp rose again today! Totally excited because I thought I o'ed back on CD 14, but didn't have a solid rise. I was depressed because I thought I missed it. I started focusing more on CM so hubby and I have been BDing just in time for that nice drop that now looks like I o'ed! Crossing my fingers I get those crosshairs and followed by a BFP! Even without a BFP, i'm pretty happy that this would be my first real thermal shift since I started charting in Feb and would be a good indicator that Clomid might be the answer to my problems. Thank you for the info on CP and your charts. :) Going to start researching that so I start charting that with my next cycle.

It doesn't hurt to start checjing now... The most important thing I can tel you is to be consistant.. Same time, position etc.. There are times that cp can be so high you can't reach... Sio you may have to adjust to get the firmness...
