    I have the same issue - I practically sleepwalk across the room to turn off the alarm and go pee before going back to sleep for another 30-45 minutes. And don't even get me started on the weekends - I don't think I could get up 7 days in a row at the same time!

    Help

    I get up at 6am for work, so to do my charting, I set my alarm for 5am, that way Im not likely ready to pee yet like I am at 6am. I have my thermometre right next to my alarm which is right next to my bed so I dont have to do any more than move my arm. Then I get another hour sleep . It seems to be working for me like that

    When I was trying to conceive DS, I set an alarm clock for the same time each day. When it went off I took my temperature and went back to sleep. When I got up, I checked the thermometer (most save the last temp) and recorded the info. Maybe for the peeing situation, you could set the alarm for the middle of the night, take your temp, go pee, and go back to bed? That could be a solution, I suppose. Good luck!

    I'm really such a newbie. I had to do a bit of research to be able to understand all the abbreviations. I needed to know why a menstruation period is called AF and why sex is termed BD. Haha.

    I don't know why either are abreviated the way they are but what does that matter?
    AF= Aunt flow
    BD= Baby dancing

    Hi i'm new to this board/site and have started to input my charting information into the calendar but is there a way to see an actual chart so that you can see the trends? I saw somewhere on the site that it said to input your last missed period but i dont see anywhere that specifically asked for that or allows me to choose that option. Can you give me some guidance?
