    Default When to expect AF

My temp took a pretty big dive yesterday and then went down a little more today. My test line was also really faint today so I'm not even going to bother going to get the blood test today. I'm sad but ok. I just want AF to show so I can move on. How soon should I expect it?

I would think AF should show any day now since your temps are dropping. Last month I had a CP and I tested positive on 11 dpo and negative on 12 dpo with a huge temp drop and got af the next day. Keep testing to make sure your levels go down to zero. It wouldn't be a bad idea to go get another blood test just to make sure your levels are going down appropriately. I'm really sorry Belinda....this sucks. ((HUGS)) Maybe we can be cycle buddies again?

Thanks Jina. Yes, it does suck. It's just so disappointing. The roller coaster of emotions is really rough. That's why I hope AF shows quickly. If I'm still getting a faint pos by Wednesday, I'll go get another blood test. Praying really hard that we both get good news next month! Looking at our charts, we'll probably be close on cycle days again.

I just noticed that you had a loss in recently in November....how far along were you? Was it an early loss too? I'm sorry...I'm really not trying to bring up old wounds but I'm just curious if maybe these losses are related somehow...you know?

I really do hope we both get good news next month!

Yes, I had a loss the weekend after Thanksgiving. I don't mind talking about it. I was 5 weeks 1 day. I talked to my OB after that one and she really feels it was just the luck of the draw. Especially since I had 3 normal pregnancies before that. She said that studies show that as many as 50% of pregnancies end in m/c but they are so early some women never know they were even pregnant. I had DS3 after 2 losses so I'm hoping that's the case this time. If I m/c again, I'll ask for tests. If you don't mind me asking do they think your's are related?

Have you thought about asking your OB to have your progesterone checked? I mean....it doesn't hurt anything to be on progesterone supplements and I've heard so many people say that it helped after having a few early losses.

I've had extensive testing done by my RE and she found that I have a blood clotting disorder. The Hematologist said it's unlikely that this is the cause of my losses but put me on baby aspirin, folic acid, b12 and b6 anyway. I'm really hoping this might be the cause of my losses because everything else came back normal. I've read so many stories of women with the same condition as me that have had several losses and as soon as they were put on baby aspirin, they were able to have a successful pregnancy. I'm really hoping for the same.

Anyway, I really really hope we both get lucky next cycle and get to share a BB. I'm keeping everything crossed for you!

Do you get another shot at October? I think I'm probably out for October....my next edd is going to be 11/3...unless I O a little earlier.

I did ask her about progesterone. She has mixed feelings on it. She said many studies have been done and they've never been able to know for sure if low progesterone contributes to m/c or if a non viable pregnancy causes low progesterone. It's such a guessing game, you know? Maybe I'll talk to her again about it. I've heard the same ting about the aspirin therapy. Really hoping it does the trick for you! If AF shows by Wed, then I'll still be Oct. Maybe you'll O early or even if you don't you could still end up in Oct with such an early Nov due date. Either way, we'd still be really close
