Hello ladies....just popping in to say hi. Even though we're no longer trying on our own, I'm still charting because I like knowing exactly what my body is up to! So, I'm going to stick around here for a big longer and cheer everyone on!
Mary, it looks like you're in the 2ww. My fingers are crossed for a nice surprise!
Elizabeth, I agree with Cara, I think you should keep trying. I'm sure your bf will understand....fingers crossed for a Christmas miracle!
Cara, Yay! I'm so excited for you! I hope your ttc journey is short and sweet!
Mandy, it looks like you're having lots of fertile CM. How long are your cycles normally? Are you using OPKs? I hope you get a bfp this cycle too!
Kristy, I'm sorry about AF showing up...((HUGS)). At least you are no longer in limbo and can start fresh.
AFM, It's gonna be a while for me. I am currently on BCPs for 9 days to induce my period so I can start a fresh IVF cycle. As soon as AF shows up I think I have to go back on BCPs for 2-3 weeks before I start the injections. So, for now, I'm just waiting and temping. It's going to be really strange not actively trying....
Jina, it sounds like your journey is going to be very different. I don't know much about IVF but I hope that it goes well for you! I would really like to see you carry a baby all the way. You have been through a lot. After you start injections, how long until you could have a baby??
Jina- It must be pretty exciting starting on this next phase of your journey, I can imagine how different it must feel though!
AFM- I have no idea to expect from my cycles, I had really long (7-8day) heavy periods when I was young so my Dr. put my on BCP when I was 14. I have had 2 intervals of not taking BCP, the first one I came off BCP and got pregnant with DD the second cycle (was just taking a break from the pill and never expected to get pregnant so soon). Second break off the pill I *think* my cycles were 30-32 days long with AF 7-8 days long(we were actually being careful this cycle).
I don't know why I am having so much fertile CM with no temp rise, is it normal to have this many days of fertile CM with a temp rise coming later? argh just want my temp to go up already!! lol I'm so impatient!
Cara, thank you, you're so sweet! Well, I won't bore you with all the details because it's a long process but, if all goes well, the transfer of the embryos will probably happen in mid to late April (hopefully).
Mandy, it is pretty exciting and a little different...lol. Are you using OPKs? It's perfectly normal for some people to have multiple days fertile CM. Do you know if you get ewcm? Do you check your cervix? Haha...sorry for so many questions. If you normally have 30 to 32 day cycles, I think you're getting ready to O very soon! Keep BD'ing! I hope you catch that eggie!
We agreed no OPKs until after my surgery but i kind of was tempted to buy them this month...I decided I would wait since that's what we agreed
To my knowledge the only time I have had EWCM is in late pregnancy so I don't expect it now but there is still a possibility that i've just never noticed it...
and nope never tried checking my cervix? I might look into it!
