    Hello

CD1 over here... WTO. Is it just me or do you all calculate what your EDD would be if you got a BFP on the new cycle? Late Oct sounds like a lovely time to have a baby.

Jina - I had some borderline results dealing with anticardiolipin antibodies. (Not exactly a clotting issue, but something that can cause clotting issues.) After dealing with both RE and a hematologist, they decided that the readings were SO borderline that they weren't likely a problem. RE just figured they'd repeat the test again because they really don't have an answer for early losses. Not actually expecting to find anything, but worth another look. I'm glad the aspirin and various B vitamins seem to be working so well for you. Hopefully it'll be just the ticket!

Mary - I know. My temps have been really crazy. No idea what to make of it, but I'm pretty sure they are accurate as they've been at the same general time as usual and after decent sleep. Very strange. So much for getting back to a normal cycle. I can't imagine I o'd that early, especially since AF was still here (which obviously means that if I did, I'd have no chance of catching it and no chance of it sticking anyway. Sorry you and DH didn't get your BD (even if you're not TTC, BD is still the fun part. )

Hi Kristy! You are definitely not the only one who does that...and October does sound very nice!

AFM - So I'm either still waiting to O the end of this week, or I'm going to be waiting a LONG time for the next O, and that will involve injectables. We'll see where the temps and OPKs go from here.

Well, here I am again. AF showed full force today. Just glad it happened quickly. I'm ready to move forward and I'm going to think positively. Kristy- I do the same thing! My new due date would be Oct 30

I'll be here very soon! Belinda, sorry that you are here. And to answer the question, I always find out what my EDD would be at the beginning of every cycle!

Here's hoping we all have a new little goblin in time for Halloween!

So... what is everyone's DTD strategy for this month?

I'm usually a pretty casual TTCer... just trying to DTD within the 3 days before and maybe the day of or the day after. But I'm DETERMINED to catch that egg this month. For some reason I'm not wild about having a late Nov or Dec baby... just think it can be hard for them with Christmas etc. But I know I'm not going to want to stop TTCing because of that. So my solution is to get PG this cycle. Sounds reasonable, right? Anyway... do we DTD every day? every other day? What do you do?

I plan on BD'ing as much as possible! It's worked for us in the past At least the 3 days before O, the day of and maybe the day after just in case. If I have my way, I'd like to get a couple of extra sessions in there for security! Just depends on how much energy DH has left I read that as long as your DH has a normal sperm count that every day is your best bet. If not, every other day is the next best thing.

So sorry again for your loss, Belinda

And sorry AF showed for you, Elizabeth.

Best wishes to both of you for the new month!

AF, looks like I did indeed ovulate 2 days ago (you can see my chart on the Chart Stalker's Thread, which is now sticky-ed at the top ). And wouldn't ya know, DH and I had some alone time tonight while our DD was at her grandma's, AND... drum roll, please... BD was successful! (For those who don't know my background, we've had "issues" in the BD department for months now) While I am happy it happened, it's a little late.

Suppose there's any chance at all the egg survived for 48 hours? Or that I ovulated later than I think, despite the temp rise?

    Sigh. lol.

Mary - Yikes on that timing....you can always hope that things managed to meet. Either, successful BD is always a good thing! I love the new pic of your DD...she looks so grown up!

AFM - Saline sono yesterday went great. Everything is completely clear, so green light for back to TTC. Just in time. Looks like my temps have straightened themselves out finally, so now I really am WTO. OPKs are just starting to pick up a little color, but far from + yet. I'm thinking I'll O sometime Friday, Saturday or Sunday. We'll see.

Mary, love the new pic of Hannah! So cute!

What CD are you? I need to go hunt down your chart! Sorry you didn't get to BD...are you guys NTNP?

Kristy, Hi! Yep, I do calculate my edd at the beginning of each cycle...lol. My next edd is 11/3 but hopefully sooner.

I think every other day should be okay but like Belinda said, if there are no sperm issues then every day should be good too. My RE wants us to BD every other day....lol....she prescribes sex. Hubby laughs about it...seriously, she writes down which days she wants us to BD on a prescription pad.

Jean, I see. I hope everything comes back normal. Though, I always have mixed feelings about test results. On one hand, I want them to find *something* so I can stop wondering about my losses. Then on the other hand, I *don't* want them to find anything wrong because what if it can't be fixed...you know? Hopefully we can put all of this behind us and get a super sticky bfp soon.

Belinda, Haha! I keep saying the same things to you since we are "talking" on multiple threads...lol. Anyway, I'm glad you are focusing on moving on and being positive.

Elizabeth, boo! Sorry the witch showed...

AFM, my u/s today went well and I start 5mg of Femara today. Hopefully Femara won't dry up my CM like Clomid did. Fingers crossed for everyone!!

Hi ladies! Right now I'm in my "super bummed that another cycle went by and contemplating giving up" stage right now. lol I'll be back in full force in a couple days, I'm sure! My EDD this month (if I ovulate like I normally do) would be my birthday, halloween! Very cool.

Mary- yay for successful BD! You never know...

    Jean- yay for good news!!

Belinda- I am not going to give you advice on getting pregnant because it doesn't happen very often for me... lol With DD, I swear we only BD one time in the 10 day time frame around ovulation. I was so surprised! And we had been trying for over a year (took a month off) so I couldn't believe it. We'll probably BD about every other day or so around O.

Question for everyone- How many of your DH/SO's have had a SA done? I'm just wondering because my charts are always so normal that maybe it's not me. Actually, I didn't think of it. DH suggested it. I'm sure it is me, but now I'm curious. Have any of you tried that sperm analysis test they have on the pregnancy test website?
