We've both been tested. His guys are good. I ovulate every month. My numbers were 1 point higher with the clomid than without. I asked my dr why they aren't doing the dye test or ultrasounds and she said "my medical profile doesn't call for it". On my second round of clomid now. I finished taking them Sunday. My headaches have been horrible!! And I'm not sleeping very well, I don't know if this us a side effect but it's just what I'm dealing with right now. :-/

My progesterone levels went from 16.7 last month (1st month on clomid) to 24.6 this month (2nd month on clomid). This was also tested on day 22 as opposed to day 21 like the other one was. Has anyone noticed a difference with progesterone levels and conceiving? Or am I just being wishful. Crossing my fingers and toes that we achieved pregnancy this month!!

Hi Jami - well I'm on my 3rd cycle of clomid (50 mg, CD 5-9). My first cycle my prog levels were 15 at CD 22 (no pregnancy)
2nd cycle was 17.5 at CD 23 (1 week after IUI), I did get a BFP at 13 DPIUI, however the next day went in for BW - Beta was less than 5, and prog level was 1.3! (that would have been CD 30) and I got AF the next day (Chemical pregnancy)

Today I went in for BW, but only 5 DPIUI (only CD 18 ) and it was 11.2 - I go again in two days - fingers crossed my #s go up!

I'm not really sure if I helped in any way, but I thought I'd share my story. Just know that you aren't the only one obsessing over your prog levels! I think mine is too low, and desperately want my DR to put me on progesterone... FINGERS CROSSED FOR YOU!!!!

Hi Jami - well my progesterone levels today - 7 DPIUI (CD 20) was 14.2 - so it did go up from Tues!! My doc seems to think that's fine, even tho it makes me nervous! I go again next Wed for my Beta test, and I might ask them to test for progesterone (that is IF I happen to get a BFP before then)

I POAS this afternoon and BFN, which doesn't surprise me - however there might have been a very very very faint line - which could have just been leftover HCG from trigger shot. So at least I know it's on it's way out, and any BFP now will be real

Any updates? Have you tested yet?

I'm going to test in the morning, that will be day 26 for me. Hoping and praying. My O pain was really bad and I've had "premenstral" type cramping every day since right after I ovulated. Not sure what that is all about.
    When will you test again?

I actually tested again this morning....I wanted to see if that "line" that I saw got lighter, or darker. well it was about the same! (that was 430 this morning, with FMU) Soooo, I tested again about 1130 this afternoon, and there was no line. So that means whatever I saw the past two days was just leftover trigger shot, and now it's def out of my system. Cant' say that I'm not disappointed, but it is only 8 DPIUI, and CD 21.

However this morning I did have really bad cramps that woke me up at 430! Sorta like AF, but hurt when I tried to "go to the bathroom" (and nothing happened, sorry TMI!!) anyway, it's def too early for AF, plus I usually don't get cramps with AF until day 2, and I've had NO spotting or bleeding. I'm really really hoping it's implantation!!

So, did you test this morning?!!

I tested yesterday-negative. And I tested this morning-negative on cd 27. I also started slight spotting- so I'm 99% sure I'm not pregnant. If the spotting doesn't get worse or I don't actually start my period Monday then I'll test again. I really thought we did it this month!:'-(

So I know this is a week later, but did AF arrive?
She did for me I actually started spotting last Monday...I was hopeful it was IB spotting, but still got BFN when I tested, and AF came on Wed. Luckily it wasn't a very heavy flow, or long (lasted only like 2 days!) My RE thinks that b/c I started spotting so early on both IUI cycles on Clomid (12 DPIUI & 11 DPIUI) that I have either a polyp, fibroid, or infection. I disagree. My cycles have ALWAYS been short, with spotting 1-2 days beforehand. I think I have a luteal phase defect - the clomid helped, increased it from 9-10 days, to 13-14days. But I'm still spotting starting 11-12 DPO. So I think that I have low progesterone - doc says it's "fine" at 15, 17.5, and 14.2 (the 3 months I've been on clomid, around 7 DPO)

What are your progesterone levels on clomid?
