I saw my dr last week and she said she can't help me anymore and that we need to see a specialist. She had no idea what is wrong because nothing is "wrong". I have my specialist appt on nov. 5th. So in the mean time I'm on my 3rd round of clomid- I started this round on Wednesday day 3. I'll begin my high fertility days late next week and of course my husband is on call so he'll be working nights and I work days......
Oh Jami - so sorry to hear that it didn't work this cycle I understand your frustrations!!
But happy to hear that you were able to get in with a specialist!! and if they find something, hopefully it's something quick and easy! Good Luck to you!! xoxo
Well went in to test for a polyp or fibroid - everything came back good!! Doc still thinks I could have endometritis (NOT endometriosis) - it's an infection that can cause sporatic bleeding. I'd have to do a scraping of my cervix to test, and then I'd have to take that month off. I honestly don't think I have it (I have zero symptoms), and I dont really want to take a cycle off. I have pre-menstrual spotting - usually starting 11-12 DPO - but it has been like this for 2 + years. I decided to try some homeopathic ideas - I started taking Vitex and vitamin B-6 - which I heard can lengthen your luteal phase. I also started using progesterone cream twice a day. I also had my first acupuncture appointment last week and will have a sesson once a week. We just did our 3rd IUI yesterday - so we'll see what happens this cycle!!!
We went to a fertility specialist last week. We have a plan if we don't get pregnant this cycle. I have my progesterone test tomorrow morning. I'll find out the 18th if I'm pregnant. If I'm not.. On my 1st day I need to go for a blood pregnancy test- then she'll put me on litrozol (I could be wrong on the name). Then we'll do the dye test- if that is good then we'll do a shot of HCG then we need to decide if we go naturally or artificial. I really like this place, they are very proactive!
