    Default HSG? Hystosalpingogram question

Has anyone here gone through it? I just had one on Wednesday morning. Worst pain I have ever felt. Ooh boy. I was crying so hard. Luckily, doc said both tubes are open and look great, but the test did show i have an arcuate uterus. He said that's not anything to worry about at this point.

Anyway, my question is how long did your bleeding continue? I am having EWCM (too early to O, so i know its not that) and a bit of fresh blood 2 days after the procedure. Its not even enough to wear my divacup but i do see it when i wipe. I have read online the bleeding can continue for a few days, but just wanted to see if anyone else had experience with it.

I don't remember having any with my first one but the second one I started bleeding 2 days after the procedure and it lasted only 2 days. It was never heavy, just a panty liner.

I would call the doctor just to be on the safe side. Did they tell you to take Aleve about 20 minutes prior to surgery? It helped me a lot.

Yeah I took 2 excedrin before I went in. The bleeding finally stopped on day 5, the doc was out of the office when i called so they told me if it was still bleeding or if it increased to go to the ER, otherwise i was supposed to call back the next day. Thankfully, it died off.

He wants to have blood drawn on CD21 for a progesterone check, so i guess we'll see.
