Thread: I'm officially here!

I was wondering did you have any cramps or ovulation pain when starting Clomid? I noticed on day one I had cramping/ovulation pain and again yesterday. I'm waiting to see if it starts again today. The first day I was thinking it was just the tail end of my period causing it, but noticed it again yesterday and it was on my left side ovulation pain. Just curious, my husband thinks I'm crazy because even I said it doesn't cause INSTANT egg release lol

my AF ends earlier on clomid cycles, too.

and i do experience some cramping throughout the month on clomid...almost more like a feeling of fullness or heaviness in my abdomen, but also some occasional sharp pains that feel like they are localized in one or the other of my ovaries. but i think it's just due to the meds enlarging the ovaries, not a sign of actual ovulation, unless it occurs at ovulation time (day 14 or 15). but that's just my theory, i don't really know.

i'm CD 11, and using OPKs twice a day now...no positive yet, but i'm hoping it will happen in the next couple days. otherwise, i'll be forced to go out and buy more OPK strips! haha. DH keeps asking "is it baby-making day yet?"
