Thread: Look what I got today

I've been having the WORST O pain today. I normally get O pain, but not like this. I suppose this could be from the femara?

Dr also has me on estradiol CD 20-12. Could this be what caused O to happen? Is it possible that since my doctor couldn't see anything on the u/s that immature follicles were released or would the follies only release if they were ready? I'm still very confused about this all and just not sure.
