should I still try clomid next cycle?

I'm confused as to what I should do. I got clomid from my OB because I didn't appear to be ovulating on my own. well this month i've been temping etc. and it seems that I did ovulate. I don't know if my progesterone is low or anything because he didn't do any testing so I don't know if clomid would help with that. My thinking is that if i'm not pg this cycle i should try clomid for my next cycle to see if it helps... but i don't want it to thin my uterine lining if i don't need it you know?

what would you do?

I didn't ovulate on my own very often. Sometimes I would (when on low carb diets) and I could get preg but it would end in m/c. My dr didn't believe that when I did o that the eggs were healthy enough. I am a clomid success story, so I believe in clomid. I would use clomid if you are not scared of having multiples. I didn't think I would have multiples but I had twins the second time.

Oh I would love to have twins! I'm 37 so this is my last shot at having another baby so 2 would just be a double blessing!
