These are all hemp inserts in there and I bought all these used off a FB group. This was my first batch and I thought these must have come with that much build up. It seemed excessive to me, so I texted Jackie a pic to see what her reaction was, and I determined that it does indeed seem like a LOT of build up.
However, I also boiled these bamboo inserts that I bought new and have only had for about 2 or 3 weeks.
It seems I have serious issues and if our house wasn't on the market right now I'd be talking to DH about selling the HE and buying a top loading washer. All I can do is hope for this stupid limbo-land to end soon so that I can straighten out my diaper situation.
I hope you're able to move soon! KUP on how things work out after this.
WOW! that's a lot of suds!

It's been All Free & Clear. I just bought some Purex Free and Clear because I read somewhere that it's better than the All, but I haven't used it yet.
At my CD meeting yesterday there was talk that All F&C doesn't do as well in harder water which is probably why I didn't care for it in TX. I was hoping to find out other stripping methods that worked at that meeting, but apparently everyone showed up wanting to know that themselves and looked to the group leader for that....who in turn asked ME. Oy. Though there was mention of making sure that your washer is clean and doesn't have residue in it along with the detergent drawers and such - things I think you said you've done already.
