Fuzzibunz defects and customer service
So last month I was bumming pretty hard because snaps on 3 of our Fuzzibunzs broke. I have to say though that their customer service was great. The only annoying thing is you have to get approved to return them (just required filling out an e-mail form).
I sent the diapers back last Wednesday (day before Thanksgiving) and got my new replacement diapers in the mail today (just over a week later). They also replaced them with the new Fuzzibunz Elite diapers, which I'm excited to try. Difference being the inserts are thinner and the elastic is on the inside of the diaper.
They also sent a free pair of legwarmers and some detergent samples to make up for shipping cost.
Just wanted to put this out there in case anyone else runs into a problem w/ their FuzziBunz.
