Name: Danielle
LO(s)/ages: Aiden and Alaina/ 7 months
Why do you (or want to) use cloth diapers?: In the beginning it was all about cost, and what was best for baby. Now the cuteness factor plays a major role too. And like someone said in a pp, I wouldn't want to wear paper underwear...
Most used diaper: Sunbaby. They are the ones we have the most of.. Although, our one Kawaii, our 2 RaR, and our 2 BG all work very well.
Diaper you want to try (if money was not a factor lol): If money wasn't a factor I'd have all kinds of prints/brands to try. Right now I'm eying this print. And then this group has some excellent looking geometric patterns toward the bottom. I think they might be minky.
Any frustrations with cloth right now?: I bought some hemp inserts used off of eBay... I LOVE that they work great over night, but they are very smelly once wet. I'm thinking they might need to be boiled?
Got a recent fluff picture to share?: None in almost 2 months! It will be my mission to take some tomorrow!![]()

LO(s)/ages: 8 months
Why do you (or want to) use cloth diapers?: We started EC, and I often tossed out unsoiled sposies, so I decided to try cloth. We do it part time.
Most used diaper: I have 1 BG and 5 Sunny baby
Diaper you want to try (if money was not a factor lol): All the other brands you speak of here.
Any frustrations with cloth right now?: I wish I had more.
Got a recent fluff picture to share?: I don't have any direct pictures.
But this is the reason I started cd:
and this is all mu current stash

Why do you (or want to) use cloth diapers?: Environment, Money, Chemicals (DH and I agree on all three of those, but might order them differently in terms of importance. He's insistent mostly because of the environmental factor, while I still think that the massively increased water usage--not just to wash but also to grow the cotton, etc--does cut down on the "green" factor of cloth, especially living in a desert! But...still better than sposies.) And yes, now I think they're really cute too
Most used diaper: Flip covers with GMD PFs these days
Diaper you want to try (if money was not a factor lol): The really awesome, soft homemade ones around here
Any frustrations with cloth right now?: Stink and rash, I think because of our HORRIBLE hard waterWorking on it...getting on top of the rash problem, at least. Still dealing with stink, though.
Got a recent fluff picture to share?:
Flip cover with trifold PF--kind of gives her robot bottom

Louise, what a cute EC picture!
Danielle, if you try the Alva Baby diapers be sure and keep up posted on what you think. Your thread about the Sun Baby diapers is super helpful. I know people are always looking for affordable ways to CD for cute and not everyone is into flats and prefolds.![]()

Name: Kristin
LO(s)/ages: 1st baby due October 4
Why do you (or want to) use cloth diapers?: Money, health, environment
Most used diaper: I have bought some Sunbaby diapers and let a friend try them out
Diaper you want to try (if money was not a factor lol): Some cover/prefold combination that would be good for newborns
Any frustrations with cloth right now?: There's so much out there! I feel like so much depends on how your particular baby is shaped and how much they weigh.
Got a recent fluff picture to share?: None yet, but I'll be taking some very soon.![]()

Name: Shannon
LO(s)/ages: DD 6 DS almost 4 DD 17 mos
Why do you (or want to) use cloth diapers?: fewer chemicals, contain bf poop, and of course cuteness
Most used diaper: Eek, I love so many! I love Little Boppers AI2s since they are knit prints and don't need covers. They are my favorites probably followed by Ellie Mae Baby fitteds and Weehuggers with flip organic inserts
Diaper you want to try (if money was not a factor lol): I just ordered the new Bum-ware OS AIO despite being in stash nirvana. I loved the sized BWX for DS once he was walking and in jeans more so I couldn't pass the OS version up.
Any frustrations with cloth right now?: nope
Got a recent fluff picture to share?: Here she is in one of her newer Ellie Mae Baby fitteds.

Name: Joy
LO(s)/ages: Daphne 2.5 and new baby boy due in a few weeks
Why do you (or want to) use cloth diapers?: Environment, $ and cuteness
Most used diaper: With DD we used BG3.0s and sized FBs. This time I'm trying a bunch of different brands. Also, I'm only getting snaps this time, which I'm very excited about. I hate aplix.
Diaper you want to try (if money was not a factor lol): I've bought a lot of different ones for this little guy. I'm very excited to try the Blueberry minkies and GroVia AIOs. I would like to get a few RaRs too.
Any frustrations with cloth right now?: Nope. DD is PTed and this little one isn't here yet, so I'm just eying my pretty stash debating when I should get it washed up and ready.
Got a recent fluff picture to share?:Nothing recent, but here's an oldie of DD in cloth:
Joy, what a cute picture!![]()

Name: Vicki
LO(s)/ages: Micaiah 3.5, Noel 1.5
Why do you (or want to) use cloth diapers?: Mostly for the money factor and the particular kinds I use b/c they're cute.
Most used diaper: Blueberry
Diaper you want to try (if money was not a factor lol): Maybe some wool... I'm pretty happy w/ what we have right now though.
Any frustrations with cloth right now?: Trying to figure out our yeast rashes. I think I've figured it out, and we're not struggling at the moment.
Got a recent fluff picture to share?:Yep, quite a bit since it's been so hot.
Watching the rain in a fitted or prefold (not sure which) with a GAD cover
My favorite Sunbaby
Rocky Mtn. Diaper (this pic makes me realize that I think I need to move the rise up)
And a great pic for advertising!
