Just saying hi
I lurk, but haven't posted here before. We've been cloth diapering our DD since she was a month old. We use pocket diapers (Fuzzibunz mostly) and just bought a couple of Sunbaby diapers from Danielle. We love cloth in our house!
Just wanted to say hi
Hi! Always glad to see there's another CDer around here. :)
We bought Fuzzibunz too (one size) for our LO on the way. Any insight on how to use FB successfully as I want to have a good start to my CD journey, especially to keep DH on board as he was/is somewhat leery of this process and I hope to win him over.

Rinse first, hot cycle, and one more rinse at the end. Then I put the inserts in the dryer and hang the covers to dry. I stuff them all ahead of time and we're ready to go. DD is breastfed so before solid food we used to just put the diaper (poo and all) into the bag, now we have to shake the poo out (not always fun, but you get over it).
We use the tiniest bit of Tide free and clear for HE washers (like 2 teaspoons) so soap buildup is minimal. I've stripped them twice in the last 9 months (since DD has been born) by doing an extra hot cycle w/out soap after my regular routine wash cycle.
I will tell you, the only thing I've been disappointed in is that the snaps have a tendency to break. They will repair them for you if you have proof of purchase, so keep your receipt!
Otherwise, they've been great. We don't find it to be much more work than using sposies (which we use at night). I'm sure once your DH sees how easy (and cute) they are he'll be all about it.
