Outgrowing CD / leaks (age 2?)
DS has been cloth diapered since 7 weeks (not at night though). But I am finding that now that he is 2 he is having a lot of pee leaks and poo blow-outs. I have been double stuffing the pocket diapers I use to try and reduce the pee leaks but that is resulting in extra gaps around the legs which results in pee and poop blowouts.
Anybody else find that the bowel/bladder capacity around age 2 starts to exceed the limits of the cloth diapers? Or perhaps other cd styles are better for older kids? (I mostly use hemp and bamboo inserts - have micro fibre, perhaps they would be better?).
Am planning on starting potty training once new baby arrives within the next month so if I have to switch to disposables I will - we will also be having extra help with new baby arrives which likely means the help (mom, MIL, etc) will be using disposables anyway).
