these longies are taking a long time, and im happy with that, I need to learn to be patiant and learn all the little tricks. I have about 6 hours so far on these.
the last 2 pair were done 1/2 by knitting machine, these are all hand knit.
so cute! love the colors, and the hat is addorable!
Awwww! Sweet! I love the colours. Is it the same as the mittens I made for Ella?
I went to a used clothing store today to find some wool for recycled longies. I made these footies out of a $2.00 lamb's wool sweater and some flannel I have (plus a couple of hours with my sewing machine)... I'll add action shots after they're washed and lanolized. Well worth 2 bucks!

Rebecca, you are so talented!!!!!
I pretty much followed this tutorial to make the pants..
http://www.diaperswappers.com/forum/...d.php?t=227639
Then for the feet I just looked at the feet on a pair of Gabriel's sleepers and mimicked what was done there. The next time I make a set, I'm going to take pictures and post a step-by-step on my blog.
Basically, it was cutting an oval for the bottom of the foot, cutting a half oval of fabric for the top of the foot, sew the toe together insideout, then sew it to the leg of the pants. But it likely doesn't make a whole lot of sense without pictures. Try looking at the feet on some sleepers...
