    Default Paid off all but one CC!

    just wanted to announce it to the empty board

    and if anyone shows up, any ideas for getting ready to apply for a mortgage?

    Congrats! I really want to work out of debt, but it's hard!! It can be a slow process, but I'm looking foward to being debt free (credit cards, student loan, mom loan)

    No ideas on the mortgage, and any I would have wouldn't be much use anyway., but congratulations on paying of the CC debt. I paid off a loan a few months back and it was fantastic. Now the only debt I have is my uni HECS debt. I wish I had the money back from my Mum and brother (between them they owe me $10 000) so I could get rid of that one as well.

    Congratulations!!!!! Its a great feeling.

    I paid mine off in Feb and am embarassed to say I now have a balance again on it, but I am working diligently on paying it down!

    also embarassed to say that we have a larger than intended balance as well, but proud that if i did it once, we can do it again, its a learning process and we will not be weak and declare bankrupcy or anything!
