Anyone have a REALLY light AF after Clomid? (TMI)

Question: Preemptive Apology for the TMI


On Sunday night (10 dpo), I had brown spotting mixed with CM (very thick) and later on a little streak of red when I wiped. So I thought AF was coming. Monday morning I put in a tampon and about 15 hours (!) later, there was barely anything on it. Mainly dark brown w\ a little red. It was to the point, I probably didn't need a tampon. I would call it no more than "spotting." So I thought maybe Tuesday would be heavier, but it was the same thing. Today there was basically nothing -- literally I didn't put another one in.

I know they say Clomid can thin your lining, so maybe that is why it was so light. Did anyone else have something like this?

I just want to make sure everything is OK. :eek:

I'm starting Clomid probably in February so I can't comment on that, but it sounds a little like it could be implantation bleeding?

It actually ended up being 4 days of spotting, followed by a 4-5 day AF. I read that that can sometimes happen, so be aware of that! But on a good note, although I did not get pregnant, I ovulated which is almost just as exciting at this point!!!!

Good luck in Feb! As much as I joked about it on here, I really didn't have too many symptoms (minus a backache right before AF).

My first month was kind of light. If you have a short luteal phase, you should ask the doctor for progesterone suppositories. Good luck
