Lurker with a question

My friend was recently diagnosed with PCOS. She's looking for some recommendations on books that explore dealing with PCOS in a natural fashion, such as diet and stuff. Does anyone have any books that were very helpful?

This is one of my favorite fertility books in general:
Making Babies: A Proven 3-Month Program for Maximum Fertility

I dont have any books to recommend but I searched on the internet and found a lot of info. I try to stick to a southbeach diet (lower/healthier carbs and lower sugar) and exercise regularly. my dr said those two things would be very helpful.
