When you go to your appointment keep an open mind. Take a note book with questions, and jot down answers as you go or just after your appointment.
Before you start any treatments, get DH tested too. This can help making a bigger picture decison about what to next.
Ask about a Glucose tolerance test to see if you have the hormonal Insulian resistance as well, which is commonly seen in women with PCOS.
Good luck, and feel free to ask any questions. I have had PCOS since I was in my teens.
