Hello everyone, I'm Sarah and this is my story!

My husband and I had a surprise pregnancy in 2006 and sadly that little angel went to heaven early, I had some spotting at 9ish weeks, went in and found that baby had stopped developing at 7 weeks. We were heartbroken, before that I was diagnosed with endometriomas, both ovaries measure 8-9cm, so basically grapefruit sized.

After the miscarriage I did Lupron, didn't do much other than make me crazy and menopausal.

Then surgery, a lap in June of 06. Everything went well, lots of junk removed and we jumped on the baby making wagon. After 1 year started Clomid, moved to Femara, then basically gave up. Tried 32 cycles. My husbands grandfather Jack passed away and my Jack was born exactly 9 months later. Hence the name! I love Jack's story. His pregnancy was uneventful, up until l & d, but that's a whole other story.

I was feeling good until a few weeks ago, then it started, back pain, bloating, pain reading to Jack when he sits on my lap, bleeding every 2 weeks on the nose, feeling full. So I make the dreaded "I feel like crap" appt. Go in and my doc (who has been with me through it all) says he feels a mass on my left ovary! Sh!t a mass, are you kidding, and of course my brain goes straight to cancer, just how I roll. Sent for u/s, not cancer THANK THE LORD, endometrioma is back, 5cm now and a uterine fibroid (explains the bleeding) GAH! So I have an appt Tues to discuss options. I am betting surgery and then TTC right away, hopefully one more baby and then he can just take it all! So wish we could have another surprise. I will probably be around a lot, since no one IRL seems to get it. All my friends have the oh just found out and I'm 12 weeks syndrome, sometimes I could scream! Thanks for listening!

Hi there! I am sorry you are dealing with this again. Boo! I will pray that you get a quicker BFP this time and you can complete the family that you desire. :bigarmhug: I will try to remember to check in when I can. Keep me updated.

Just a little note: I am dealing with some similar issues. I have been having issues with bloating and feeling full, plus back pain and ovary pain. I need to get an appt, but I am looking for a new gyn. My mom had endo, so I am a little worried that it is either cancer or endo. Okay, I will admit that I am freaked. Sad

I'm so sorry you are in pain again. That really sucks! Hopefully the doc can give you some answers, or at least a plan tomorrow. Do you think they'll do another lap? I hope you get your BFP soon. Good luck and KUP on your appointment.

Hi and welcome!

I know that endo is definitely no fun. Hopefully your Dr. can get it handled and you can back on the TTC road quickly.

I hear you on being surrounded by preggos. My school seems to be full of pg women now...it is definitely rough. Hopefully you'll be there soon, as well.

Melanie - go get checked, that's an order! They found everything via an ultrasound, so maybe go to your family doc and ask them to order
one.

Dawn - I don't know, maybe a myomectomy and a lap, I am sure that he won't want to make an incision on my uterus if we are going to have another baby, but maybe he will clean the ovary up with a lap and remove the fibroid with the myomectomy.

My doc appt is tomorrow, I will update when I get home, I think it will feel good to just have a plan, all this not knowing makes me bonkers.
